My Passion for Healthcare

I decided to pursue a nurse practitioner degree after one of my own children was diagnosed and treated for cancer. She received life-saving care from a skilled, knowledgeable team of clinicians, and I wanted to be able to help other children and families receive the same excellent care my family received.

My Clinical Focus

Cancers of the brain and spine are my primary area of practice, although I see some patients with solid tumors and other conditions affecting the central nervous system. Besides these conditions, I also work with children and adolescents diagnosed with neurofibromatosis, anemia, and other hematologic disorders.
