CHIP covers children from birth to age 18 for these services:
- Behavioral health
CHIP Perinatal covers pregnant women and new moms.
- The fee is based on the family’s income. Some families will have to pay $35 or $50 a year to enroll, but lower-income families will pay nothing.
- Co-pays are based on the family’s income.
- Lower-income families will have co-pays that range from $0 to $5.
- Higher-income families will have co-pays that range from $10 to $35.
There are no enrollment fees or copayments for CHIP Perinate members.
CHIP benefits must be renewed every 12 months. Renew your benefits.
