Order Information

  • We accept American Express, Mastercard, VISA and Novus/Discover.
  • All online and phone sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Each package as shown is not the exact item(s) that will be delivered to the patient. The pictures are a representation of what will be in the package. For example, a stuffed dog might be substituted for a stuffed bear at the same price.
  • Stuffed animals and/or puzzles, books and activities, will be selected on the basis of the age and gender of your recipient.
  • A specific balloon design may not be available but we will be happy to substitute in the same theme area, i.e. Get Well.
  • Be sure to let us know your preferences by filling out the special requests section. We will do our best to honor your requests.

Processing of Orders:

  • If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made.
  • If a patient has been discharged before we process the order, you will be notified either by email or phone.
  • If we are unable to locate the patient you will be notified either by phone or email.

Delivery of Orders:

  • Deliveries are made within the Hospital only.
  • There is no service charge for deliveries.
  • Our delivery hours for online orders are 10am-5pm Monday-Friday. PLEASE NOTE: To place a gift order on a weekend, please call the gift shop directly at (512) 324-0147 for assistance. Weekend delivery hours for phone orders are 10am-4pm on Saturday and 1pm-5pm on Sunday.
  • Orders received after delivery hours will be delivered the next business day.
  • We are closed all major holidays.
  • Gifts ordered online on holidays will be delivered the next business day.
