Each package as shown is not the exact item(s) that will be delivered to the patient. The pictures are a representation of what will be in the package. For example, a stuffed dog might be substituted for a stuffed bear at the same price.
Stuffed animals and/or puzzles, books and activities, will be selected on the basis of the age and gender of your recipient.
A specific balloon design may not be available but we will be happy to substitute in the same theme area, i.e. Get Well.
Be sure to let us know your preferences by filling out the special requests section. We will do our best to honor your requests.
Processing of Orders:
If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made.
If a patient has been discharged before we process the order, you will be notified either by email or phone.
If we are unable to locate the patient you will be notified either by phone or email.
Delivery of Orders:
Deliveries are made within the Hospital only.
There is no service charge for deliveries.
Our delivery hours for online orders are 10am-5pm Monday-Friday. PLEASE NOTE: To place a gift order on a weekend, please call the gift shop directly at (512) 324-0147 for assistance. Weekend delivery hours for phone orders are 10am-4pm on Saturday and 1pm-5pm on Sunday.
Orders received after delivery hours will be delivered the next business day.
We are closed all major holidays.
Gifts ordered online on holidays will be delivered the next business day.
