Primary care physicians from throughout the Dell Children’s 46-county service area and beyond send hundreds of their young patients to the Children’s Blood & Cancer Center (CBCC) of Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, TX, for effective diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cancers and blood disorders. Dell Children’s  is the only comprehensive children’s cancer center in Central Texas.

  • Blood Disorders: At the CBCC, we treat a wide range of genetic childhood blood disorders, including sickle cell disease and hemophilia, as well as acquired blood diseases. Our blood disorder clinics also manage patient care after bone marrow transplants.
  • Childhood Cancers: Our team of specialists treats patients for a wide range of childhood cancers, including leukemia, brain and spinal cord tumors, cancer of the bone and soft tissue, lymphoma, solid tumors and other rare cancers and tumors.
