Bio

Dr. Kelley received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine where he also completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery. In addition, his training at Baylor afforded him significant experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Thereafter, Dr. Kelley completed the University of Washington Fellowship in Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery based at Seattle Children's Hospital and Harborview Medical Center.

Dr. Kelley's primary clinical and research interests are in craniofacial and cleft lip/palate surgery in children and adults, as well as pediatric plastic surgery and head and neck cancer reconstruction.

Raymond Harshbarger III, MD

Raymond Harshbarger, MD, FACS

Bio

Dr. Harshbarger received his medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed his combined residency program in general and plastic surgery at Brown University in Rhode Island. He then completed a fellowship in craniofacial plastic surgery at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

Dr. Harshbarger is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Medical Corps and former Director of Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is interested in international humanitarian work, and has participated in missions across the globe.

Adam Weinfeld, MD

Adam Weinfeld, MD

Bio

Dr. Weinfeld is an attending plastic surgeon at Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas, University Medical Center Brackenridge, and other Austin area hospitals. He completed medical school and residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.

Subsequent to his extensive training in reconstructive surgery at Baylor, he completed two fellowships in aesthetic surgery with several of the nation's leaders in plastic surgery education.

Dr. Weinfeld has authored over 20 peer-reviewed articles and 3 book chapters in plastic surgery literature and is committed to providing safe and current techniques to his patients. Prior to his relocation to Austin, he was assistant professor in the Plastic Surgery Division at Scott & White in Temple, Texas.

Moise Levy, MD

Moise Levy, MD

Bio

Dr. Levy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, and he completed a pediatric residency and chief residency at the University of Texas at Houston Affiliated Hospitals. Following pediatric training, he completed the dermatology residency program at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM).

In 1986, Dr. Levy joined the faculty at BCM and became Chief of the Dermatology Service at Texas Children's Hospital (TCH). He has been Chairman of the Dermatology Section of the American Academy of Pediatrics, was past President of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Archives of Dermatology. He holds board certifications in pediatrics, dermatology, and pediatric dermatology.

Dr. Levy has been a co-director of the vascular anomalies group at TCH for several years and began the laser program at TCH for the treatment of vascular birthmarks. He has also authored or co-authored over 100 journal articles and textbook chapters and often lectures at local, national, and international meetings.

William Banks, MD

Dr. Banks graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston and went on to North Carolina Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem for his residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in pediatric radiology. Before arriving in Austin he held faculty positions at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Dr Banks is a member of several national radiological societies and is certified in pediatric and diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
