Bio
Dr. Kelley received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine where he also completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery. In addition, his training at Baylor afforded him significant experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Thereafter, Dr. Kelley completed the University of Washington Fellowship in Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery based at Seattle Children's Hospital and Harborview Medical Center.
Dr. Kelley's primary clinical and research interests are in craniofacial and cleft lip/palate surgery in children and adults, as well as pediatric plastic surgery and head and neck cancer reconstruction.

Raymond Harshbarger, MD, FACS
Bio
Dr. Harshbarger received his medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed his combined residency program in general and plastic surgery at Brown University in Rhode Island. He then completed a fellowship in craniofacial plastic surgery at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
Dr. Harshbarger is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Medical Corps and former Director of Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is interested in international humanitarian work, and has participated in missions across the globe.

Adam Weinfeld, MD
Bio
Dr. Weinfeld is an attending plastic surgeon at Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas, University Medical Center Brackenridge, and other Austin area hospitals. He completed medical school and residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.
Subsequent to his extensive training in reconstructive surgery at Baylor, he completed two fellowships in aesthetic surgery with several of the nation's leaders in plastic surgery education.
Dr. Weinfeld has authored over 20 peer-reviewed articles and 3 book chapters in plastic surgery literature and is committed to providing safe and current techniques to his patients. Prior to his relocation to Austin, he was assistant professor in the Plastic Surgery Division at Scott & White in Temple, Texas.
