Patrick Kelley, MD - Chief of Service
Bio
Dr. Kelley received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine where he also completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery. In addition, his training at Baylor afforded him significant experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Thereafter, Dr. Kelley completed the University of Washington Fellowship in Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery based at Seattle Children's Hospital and Harborview Medical Center.
Dr. Kelley's primary clinical and research interests are in craniofacial and cleft lip/palate surgery in children and adults, as well as pediatric plastic surgery and head and neck cancer reconstruction.

Research
Raymond Harshbarger, MD, FACS
Bio
Dr. Harshbarger received his medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed his combined residency program in general and plastic surgery at Brown University in Rhode Island. He then completed a fellowship in craniofacial plastic surgery at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
Dr. Harshbarger is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Medical Corps and former Director of Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is interested in international humanitarian work, and has participated in missions across the globe.
