SUPPORT GROUP: Tuesdays, Nov. 4, 11, 18, and 25. Time: 6:00 - 7:30 PM Se juntan con otras familias para platicar sobre los sentimientos, el estr’es, y como ayudar los hijos con sus enfermedades. Sus ninos pueden estar recibiendo su tratamiento ahorita o terminados con sus ciclos. Los grupos de ninos y jovenes serian facilitados por Specially For Children & Dell Children’s Medical Center especialistas del ninos.Vamos a ofrecer la cena cada semana y necesitan reservar lugar antes del Lunes cada semana. Tendremos una guardaria paras ninos menos de 6 anos. SUPPORT GROUP: SPANISH “A TALK IN THE PARK” Join other families to talk about coping with stress, parenting a child diagnosed with cancer, financial issues and much more. Child may be on or off treatment. Children and teen groups will be led by SFC & DCMC Child Life Specialists. This group is for Spanish speakers. Dinner will be provided each week! Please RSVP by the Monday before each group in order to plan for food. For children receiving oncology or hematology treatment at Specially for Children or Dell Children’s Medical Center. Pease Park – 1100 Kingsbury Street, Austin 78703. At South end of park near picnic tables and playground; Parking along Kingsbury St. or Parkway near intersection of Enfield/Parkway and Lamar. From Enfield turn on Parkway, which is one block West of Lamar Street. All activities provided free of charge. KELLY’S TEAM DINNERS 5:00PM - 6:00PM ON 4 NORTH The Kelly Davidson Pediatric Cancer Foundation brings dinner to all patients, family and staff on 4 North. Menus vary from month to month. A flyer with details for each month's dinner will be handed out the day before. Dinners will be served from 5-6 unless otherwise noted..
