Visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Parents can visit at any time.
Smoke-Free
For the health and healing of our children and everyone, no smoking is allowed anywhere on our premises, including all buildings, grounds and parking areas. For your convenience, smoking cessation aids will be available for purchase in the 'Dillos and Dragonflies gift shop and the Holy Roast internet cafe. Information about smoking cessation programs in our community will be available at information desks. Thank you for your help in providing a healthier environment for everyone.
Dining
The cafeteria, Thyme Out, is located on the first floor. The cafeteria will be open:
- 6:30am - 7:30pm Monday through Friday, with daily closings from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
- 8am – 6:30pm on the weekends.
Gift Shop/Retail Services
‘Dillos and Dragonflies gift shop is located on the 3rd floor next to the main lobby. All proceeds support Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas Volunteer Fundraising efforts. You can find a wide range of products-plus it’s a fun and whimsical experience for children and adults.

Waiting Rooms
Each floor has a waiting room for patient families. All waiting rooms are equipped with a television and DVD player.
