The patient representative serves as a liaison between patients (or their legal representatives)/families/visitors and Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas to address their concerns, complaints, grievances, questions, special needs or requests, suggestions or compliments. The representative collaborates with associates and related healthcare providers to seek satisfactory resolutions and to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Evenings, Weekends and Holidays – Available if efforts to resolve the concern by the patient care nurse, charge nurse, and house supervisor have not been successful (or if there is a need to strategize about ways to resolve a concern).
