Bio
Pediatric gastroenterologist Kathleen D. Sanders, M.D., received her medical degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and completed a pediatric internship and residency at Harbor General Hospital in Torrance, California. She also completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and served on the faculty of the University of California and the University of Iowa. Dr. Sanders has authored or co-authored more than 20 published articles and is active in numerous medical societies. She has a special interest in GI hypersensitivity and intestinal inflammatory conditions.
