Bio
Dr. Kelley attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. He completed his residency at the University of Texas Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and a fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Kelley is married and has two children, ages 15 and 18. He enjoys golfing and computer gaming.
