Bio
Dr. Creswell attended medical school at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed his residency at University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Arkansas and a fellowship at Brown University, Providence in Rhode Island.
Dr. Creswell and his wife Pat have 3 grown children. They enjoy reading, walking, gardening and fun outdoor adventures.
